Marriott Smash Repairs is a locally owned business in Armidale NSW which has been in operation since 2000.

It is the aim of Marriott Smash Repairs to provide all our customers with consistent, highest quality panel and paint work, with the least amount of disruption to the consumer as possible.  Whether it is an insurance claim, or private work, we strive to provide the same high level of service to everyone.

We work very closely with our suppliers in both panel and paint to ensure that our customers are receiving the most timely, cost effective solutions without any sacrifice to quality or safety.  The satisfaction of the client is our highest priority and we will take all measures to make sure that this is achieved.

From initial contact to the delivery of the completed vehicle, we aim to provide the customer with a friendly, informative, satisfactory experience and try to keep this time line as short as we can so that the customer is disrupted as little as possible. We achieve this via our work practices which have been developed and created with this in mind. We are also constantly reviewing our systems to see if we can improve at any level.

It is also very important to us that our staff are not only kept up-to-date with industry, but that they are able to reach their own full potential as well, and we are happy to assist them in receiving any required training/coaching that is appropriate.

The finished product is a reflection of our business and we aim for this to be of the highest quality and standard every time.
